can someone translate it? sorry about the pic.. kinda hard to take a clear shot of faded pencil text..
Well, the text is quite hard to make out, but what I make of it is "X da [illegible] gi a [illegible] demo". Try using the flash, you'll probably get a better pic.
umm yeah i made about 65 pics using all my cameras features and that was sadly the best of the bunch the writing is quite faded so i have to use a long exposure to make it show at all.. with the flash it wont show at all..
Did you play it already? What is it? A Metal Gear 2 demo? :katamari: Or is it some kind of promotional copy?
havent played it yet (i still dont have a controller for my MSX), but ill set it up and take some pics. i bought out some guys MSX2 collection and got this cart along, it only says "konami" on the sticker and back of the cart and this note was attached to it.. ed: aaah! i have nothing to press "run" with to get the game going how can i solve this? ed2: lol.. it autobooted n slot 2
ok here are the pics, sorry i dont have a controller for the system yet so i cant actually play anything :banghead: (didnt know one wasent inluded with the 1chip, DOH!) thats it so far, there are two different intros it scrolls thru over and over but it would be far to many pics to take of each, theyre about 3-4mins in lenght each. sorry about the picture quality and all, im an MSX n00b and i just hooked the thing upposte haste to take the pics. its a nice collectible for an MG fan i guess?
I'm sure that disk was when Kojima demoed the game at an event to show of what it can do. Then there was a few for people to try out later so its possible that it could be one of them.
sounds very proboable.. umm.. silly question maybe but is there any info to be found anywhere about this cart? how many can there be?, i assume its quite a rare item?
MG and MG:SS for MSX are already quite rare items these days and I expect that cart to be more limited than i.e. the Zelda TP E³-video for the DS - which means that there're definately lots of rip-off-able MGS-fans out there
lol.. always good to know, im not sure ill turn into such a hardcore MSX collector after all, the stuff i have seems quite nice but its already prooven hard to find new stuff i feel for. also the packaging was really bland, i was blown away by the quality of the X68K presentation and compared to that the MSX seems awfully budget :fresh:
seems collector . just plug some poor old sega mastersystem pad or atari, it'll work (but no 2nd fire button so far)
how do i get the 2nd fire button working? got a crazy looking pirate-pad off ebay, heres hopeing itll work..
