A discussion at (http://www.assemblergames.com/forum...-best-easter-egg-you-have-ever-seen-in-a-game) is about 'Easter eggs' (hidden jokes and references in games) and I've been trying to remember which game this is - it's a first or third person shooter, and the names of the programmers and designers are on gravestones, in a cemetery. And I *think* it's an older game, though I could be wrong about that.

I know, it's very little information, and a quick Google hasn't provided the answer, so does anyone know. It might be on the PC, N64, original XBox, PS2, Dreamcast, or PS1, but I don't think it's on the XBox 360 or PS3 (unless it's an old game that's available on XBLA or PSN), and it's not on the Saturn, Jaguar, or XBox One, or rather it's not exclusive to those, as I've not played on those machines. It's not a PS4 game either.

Sorry I can't remember anything more, but it's something I wasn't bothered about (I read it somewhere and checked when I was in that level, and whenever I played the game again I never thought about the Easter egg as to me it wasn't interesting).

The only game I know of with that is Everquest for PC, the original tutorial zone. But that was way back with N64, PSX, and Saturn.

If you have access to old EQ install disk (like Gold edition), you can install it, skip the update, and look for EQ Zone Viewer to view them. You should also look up Plane of War, it was included but never opened on live.

Thanks, but I've never played either of those. The game I mean could well be from the N64/PS1 generation, though.

Developer names were on Gravestones in Mortal Kombat 3. Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain also has developer names on tombstones (you have to decipher the names). It's 3rd person and from that era.
