The SNES. Nostalgia and healthy game library are the main reasons. Games like Mortal Kombat II, Street Fighter II, Mega Man X, Final Fantasy 4 & 6, Secret of Mana, Super Metroid, Super Mario World, Kart, and All-stars, Contra 3, Battletoads, TMNT, Sunset Riders, etc. While I really like the NES as well as the Gameboy and N64, the SNES is my favorite Nintendo system.

I think the Wii is their worst system. The Virtual Boy has more appeal to me.

Probably N64 just because of Mario64, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, and Wave Race.

For me Gamecube and N64 for unique (and weird) games library and SNES + DSi XL for quality titles.

    Only one system?

Then it's the Snes for me, my first home console (my brother had an Nes).
I loved playing Zelda LTTP, mario kart, starfox/stunt race FX on it, I'm probably the only one but I also really liked pac man 2 (you know the slingshot interactive cartoon).

The Family Computer/NES simply because Nintendo was capable to extend it so much it could hold it's own against the Mega Drive and PC-Engine, which were FAR, FAR more powerful than the Family Computer ever dreamed to be ...

The whole magic on the FAMICOM was the exposed video ram memory bus on the cartridge.

The only TWO game systems that did use dedicated video memory bus on the cartridge slot were the FAMICOM and the NEO GEO.

    :love2: Them all equally.
    Ive had:
    1. a few game watches-especially DK
2.nes-games like clu-clu land, balloon fight, solar jetman, and megamans are:033:
3.GB/color/pocket/GBA/DS- original gameboys had an amazing collection of games that didn't suck(unlike mortal kombat GB). DS has mario64 remake that is stellar.
4.SNES- SEDF and SMBW/Allstars and mario paint glued me to the TV
5.N64- The bast mario cart/zelda/mario games came from this system. Controller blew goats though
    6.GC- Fzero GX! Zelda compilations:nod: and windwaker:love2:
7.Wii- Got people off there couches and started the non-lazy gaming segments!
    :mario::luigi:

Never had a Nintendo 3DS, TV colour game, Famicom/disc system or virtua boy to talk about.

    snes - so many classics

gb classic - I used to travel a lot as a kid and the backseat of a car was always much more fun with the gb!

nes - my first console (after the atari home computer)

    n64 - goldeneye + smokes = wasted hours/days/weeks

In terms of influence and originality and charm? FC.
In terms of software library? SFC.
In terms of engineering excellence? GC.

I'm very curious about witch systems as well.
