The DTL-T15000 is the Performance Analyzer unit. As its name suggests, it was used for analyzing performance of software.
It also has a Gigabit network interface and the PlayStation 2 HDD unit is built into it.

The 15K was released very late in the PS2 life, and it is priceless to understand deeply the performance balance in the PS2 system.
