    I think a lot of people on this site play games across a long timeframe. Thinking in terms of the last 4 "decades" defined as 1980-1989, 1990-1999, 2000-2009, 2010-today, what is the most recent game (not necessarily your favorite) published in each one of these decades, that you have played/are playing recently.

    Here are my most recently played games of each decade:

    1980-1989: California Games (atari lynx)
    1990-1999: Raiden (atari jaguar)
    2000-2009: Dodonpachi Dai ou Jou (arcade)
    2010-2014: Fotonica (pc)

    80s- maybe Golden Axe?
    90s- Re-volt
    2000s- apparently Guitar Hero: Van Halen
    2010s- probably Wolfenstein, the New Order
