What is the most unfair, impolite, shittiest and the stupidest forum you've ever been through?

Hey guys I have a question for you today. What is the stupidest forum site you have ever visited or used and why. Well for me the stupidest forum I have ever seen is Betaarchive.com, why? Because their ftp admin mrpijey is an ass, the ftp guidelines are so unfair and they are also very selfish. Sure, they have over ''18 terabytes'' of beta software but that doesn't excuse that their ftp guidelines are bullcrap. I mean you need to donate a piece of beta quality or unique-ish software JUST TO DOWNLOAD stuff in 18TB worth of software. What if you are not lucky enough to own beta software or the software you are going to donate is already in the ftp? Also they dont even accept isos, they only do mdf/mds. What a piece of shit. Heck, I attempted to donate my copy of windows 95 start here disc 4 TIMES until Mrpijey messaged me about they are not accepting isos. See? I just wasted my time and bandwidth just to receive that message? Or Unless you donate like 2 euros to that site to get FTP access. But the problem is that its not even worth it to donate to that site.

Also I almost forgot about betaarchive's forum. The rules are so bad that you need ftp access just to post stuff at sections like the offtopic discussion. It's like the site is treating you like a slave. You only have limited access to the site unless you get FTP access. What a load of fucking bullcrap. And that's my story of the shittiest software archive/forum ever. I really wish they exile mrpijey and Andy as site admins and I would bring my faith back at that site.

Many anime forums like this actually, moderators and admins have their ego so far up their own ass they are rude to new members.
That's my experience on many of them, not just a few. Many of which I've forgotten names to because I never, ever returned.

 

My anime list, forget that I'm a 20 year veteran of Anime viewing. I have an opinion or post a thread a mod doesn't like it goes bye bye.

Animenation and Anime News Network are pretty chill though.

The Internet has really soured me on humanity and making me rethink my career path in psychology. Unless I diagnose Mental illness, which I seem to be doing on a daily basis dealing with the Internet.

 

I don't have much time to check forums apart from here, but i can say that most Brazilian gaming forums are full of grown ups with a 6 year old mentality. Lots of stupid discussions, not mention the whole attitude. Nes Archive is the only one i still participate, with some really great people.

I check shmups, neogaf (very funny during E3) and borders down once a week, but i'm not registered.

 

I went to the arcade-museum forums for some info on a couple arcade machines twice and both times I couldn't read the posts unless I answered a Google survey. I just left the page both times and won't be going back. It looked like an ad!

Glad this site is back up so I can ask my questions without dealing with all of that crap.

 

GameFaqs can be pretty bad. Also the Vestibule on the IGN boards is pretty nonsensical, but I guess that one isn't wholly game related.

When he was still dating her, The Spoony Experiment forums when he had Scarlet as one of the moderators. If you dared to give constructive criticism or even suggest Spoony had flaws in his content, you were in deep trouble over there from what I remember.

 

I just read some topics, i'm not actually registered there. I think someone uses the nickname "Johnny" there, it's just not me.

I never went on NeoGAF myself but apparently its horrible these days. The moderation is basically fascist, and you can be banned for the most rediculous things. Its also been hijacked by far-left authoritarians (i.e. social justice) and is basically a circlejerk where everyone echoes the same shit and congratulates each other for it. Everyone is super smug and elitist too. I'll post some pics I've seen of silly bans in a bit.

I got banned form NeoGAF too. Some nice members there but basically it's an arse kissing forum where if you step out of line for saying you like blue rather than red then you're banned.

neogaf is sort of like a shit-tier version of this website. To avoid being banned you have to agree 100% with the orthodox views about things, which tends to be the most extreme social justice bullshit. They are also virulently anti-gamergate among other things.

For example they have actually outright banned discussion of certain games including Hatred and Criminal Girls. Everyone on that site is pretty much indoctrinated into it like a cult. Its all groupthink.
