I think the jaspers you're referring to are late model falcon stress kits, there was one that surfaced that had the same info sticker that XNA's got, BUT only had 512mb of ram, and were surely not XNA's. (these pictures are private i'm afraid.) Production of GB kits started in 2009, whilst jaspers were around for a little over a year at this point. Would be redundant to prototype using falcons. Even in the upmost earliest stages of XNA's (the ones that had the GB Ethernet ontop of the hdd) were still jaspers.
To add what stipo said. The first version of the XNA (version 1, which was used to test the gigabit Ethernet board) has a sticker, in addition to the stickers stipo mentions, on the side of the unit labeled "JADK" which based off the research Stipo, Drahcir, and I gathered we came to the logical conclusion that it stands for Jasper [Advanced] Dev Kit. There units started production at the end of 08 beginning of 09. I have a picture of one, but I'm afraid the owner of the kit is private and doesn't want his image to be shown. You are probably referring to that ebay listing that listed XNA test kits as Falcons, that was just a mistake on the sellers part.
Tried disabling Internal MU, no luck. I KNOW it works on big blocks. Maybe i need to disconnect the sidecar?
I can give that a try, but so far my jasper test kit with MFR date of 11-18-2008. Won't go passed 7776.1 it is a Big Block 256MB to be exact I'm also sure all Jasper XDKS are Big Blocks.
the jasper wont go to 1888 with out modding it. Downgrading a newer revision of a console to a piece of software which was created before the console was even built. how hard is to understand that?
