Alright, I know this is kinda old news but I just discovered that MS is shipping a new dev kit to developers - the sexy blue XNA Dev Kit. Does anybody know if this is available now (I am in the process of becoming a registered xbox developer, and if you guys can confirm this is out now i will nearly shit myself at my computer :-0 ) .

I'm familiar with the different types of XEDK's, such as the Test, Retail, and Demo. However, I am unfamiliar with all of the different variations of the devleopment and test kits (Prototype Falcon, this blue "Thing," etc.). Also, why does it have XNA all over it? I thought that program was for indies... I read somewhere that this can hook up with the XNA Game Studio Professional, unlike the other devopment kits.

Also, do developers have access to Project Natal? If nobody knows, I guess I will find out in a week once my NDA is ready :) And no, I am not telling you anything about the program once I am under the NDA, so don't even ask. I'll still stick around the forums though ;-)

Correction; The sidecar holds the extra 512MB of RAM.

It also eliminates the PIX port on the sidecar, since the PIX functionality was re-routed through the ethernet port a couple years back.

You can get an XNA Kit here on the outside if you know the right people, but it'll put a pretty damn big hole in your wallet.

    Beautiful boxes though.

Don't see the point, you have the Dev for programming,
if you want something in front of you that will distract.... "Blue lights" =o..

Blue lights are a bad thing.. Red lights are good on XNAs, believe it or not!
