What is this SFAMI game?

Hi guys need your help again.

Someones offering to sell me a SFAMI game - there's only one problem. He has no idea what the game is and has no digicam.

Just wondering if any of you super-sluthes can match up the game from this description?

For future reference, people normally abbreviate Super Famicom with "SFC." The topic title mega confused me.

 

SFAMI is closer to like Sufami as in Sufami Turbo.

heh most people I know call it SFAMI, but SFC - I'll try and remember.
