What is wrong with my saturn.

This is what saturn does with booting up games, This is with using the offical 4MB RAM cart, If I remove the RAM cart Rayman gets to the Ubisoft logo and freezes and then spits it right back to cd player..Shinning force 3 gives me an error with an actual error number, before that finally freezes. Now my system has a region bios mod and a mod chip. Everyone has been working fine with the system, before all this. There was no warning or anything.
