What kind of materials are used in a PC paper game box?

I will make one, but I don't know the needed materials, the paper is appearently a Triplex 340 gram thick, but there is a plastic above the print, what is the name?

 

What do you mean by PC paper game box?

Like big boxes from the 90s games, or the smaller ones?

 

The smaller ones, from 2000s to today (Ex: Sid Meier Pirates 2004).
