What modchip and programmer is this?

I found these in a box in my garage. Someone gave it to me a long time ago. It looks like a X2 programmer but not sure about the modchip.

Correct, later followed the Spider chip for 1.6. This was a 1.0 solution from what I could gather.

 

Thanks for the info..I put it up for sale now that i know what it is...my friend locally has the spider chip in a xbox i fixed. I messaged him to see if he would let me swap it for anotehr chip. I put it in a 1.4 xbox and I remember cutting the wires on it for the 1.6 installl(doh)..why did I do that?

I dont have a matrix and I collect xbox chips.
