A comment. I have a relative that as they got older,they just didn't give a fuck anymore what anyone said unless it directly affected their immediate well being. Everyone is having a good conversation at these special family dinners, and this person is just worried that the dishes people are using will cause them work. This person will see children bake cookies and get angry over the baking sheet that has to now be cleaned. I mean, what a sad fucking life they must have. If someone is commenting on their situations, they respond like a bum was telling a life story. Meanwhile this is family, and they seem so disinterested. Pisses me off so. Nothing worse when people get old and they just dry up and become unsavory people. This person would be a social outcast all alone if it weren't for the fact that somehow at some time they managed to get married.
It pisses me off when people try and make you believe their beliefs. What is wrong with believing in what you want to believe in? nothing. everyone believes in something and if i don't believe in what the do then that is my choice just like it is their choice to believe in it. Everyone is entitled to a opinion.
Selfish people piss me off (especially as they get older) and all they think about is themselves and their own well being. People who have plenty of money but live like crap to "save" or buy useless items piss me off.. what are you saving towards? do you need that over priced fancy crap more than you need basic sanitary items? gtfo and spend some of your masses of money you're hoarding for no reason. </vent>
The sound of my mother eating (to be fair she was raised on a farm, but it is the only thing that makes me cringe) The fact that I have to ASK for my measly paychecks at work, or else I wouldn't ever get them. People who don't communicate, and people who get offended when you DO communicate. @rosebud: I agree, but I am much less tolerant for people that are blown-away when they meet someone who is different than them in beliefs.
I love meeting new people even if they don't have the same beliefs just aslong as they don't try and make me believe them thats if i already don't. But it does piss me off when people try and make you believe what you don't believe.:icon_bigg
First thing that springs to my mind is Jehova's witnesses... telemarketers... like emu_kidid said people that have lots of money, big houses yet choose to live in their garage... we're not going to take anything to our grave... well i might specify in my will to be buried with a NES... shall see
Hypocrites are what piss me off. Especially people who are just so blatantly two-faced and yet still somehow manage to get away with it. People like Jesse Jackson or the majority of Congress for an example.
Sounds like my family and sometimes me lol. Some people just get cranky as they age. They have their reasons, but try to respect your elders.
People who take and take and take and never give anything in return! People who can never be happy for you. People who moan about things that nobody else gives a shit about; like work, everyone's got to work to put food on the table and a roof over your head so just deal with it! People who beat me on COD MW2 online! (Slight joke but damn I need some practise).
People who bring food to work that smells really awkward, and eat it next to you at the desk People who chew with their mouths open and breath heavily while doing so The old dudes who fart constantly on the treadmill.
Exactly now i wasn't choosing Jehova's whitnesses but they are a good example. They come to your house to talk to you bout god now that is their beliefs and i do respect that but when they try and get you to believe that it pisses me off. My mum once told a Jehova's witness to fuck off and they didn't come back. I also agree with alot of the comments that have been added to this thread.
What pisses me off the most is people being dishonest and manipulative. There are a lot people who will tell you "you can count on me" but when the time comes they are GONE for good and there's nothing you can do about it. Another thing that really upsets me is when people don't have the guts to stand up for what they believe or thing, and let others step on their heads. And most of the times, when those kind of people meet someone who stands up for what he/she believes, they will point an accusative finger to that person who says whatever comes to his/her mouth. I had pal of almost 15 years vanish on me over a $500 loan. poof, bye bye friendship. He didn't want to pay the money.
Think that's stupid? I have a friend of about 15 years lose contact over a measly £50. Took 7 months for him to respond and pay the debt. Worst of it was I must have text him 50 times saying forget the money just get in touch. Some people! Another thing that pisses me off is lazy people. I did 74 hours last week to try and help the business in hard times and when I finally got back into the office on Saturday afternoon I find that the director has 'had an early finish'. I wouldn't mind if all the work had been done! :dammit:
