I have a few that have been up for ages and I don't generally even notice them. The biggest one is the Doom poster that I'm guessing came with Ultimate Doom. Then I have a Mech Warrior poster from EGM, and Killer Instinct, Goldeneye, and Mega Man X2 from Nintendo Power. There's also a pretty cool looking Boba Fett poster that is hidden behind a desk though. Generally I don't mess with posters, but somehow these got on the walls and stayed there as I didn't care to mess with them. Also I don't see the point in keeping a poster unused as if you aren't going to look at it you might as well burn it.
The only gaming one I have up is this on the side of my wardrobe. not much room for posters what with all the shelves. I do have a large Street Fighter Alpha marquee on the other wall if that counts ;-)
Really like the JSR poster! I tend to have a couple of posters for every new place I move to and then throw them out when I move on. I reckon when I eventually get a mortgage on a place in the distant future, I'll get some really nice large Japanese posters and frame them, but at the moment this is what I've got:
If I ever have some extra money I'd love to get some of my posters framed. Right now they're all just rolled up in a tube. :crying: I might have around 30+ different posters. If I have some free time I'll get a few shots of some them this week.
I haven't had any posters up since I moved to my current residence three years ago. I'll be moving again in the next year and my intention has always been to buy some frames and properly display them in a 'gaming' room of sorts. My posters largely consist of import RPG/Strategy games from the PS1 and Saturn days and older fighting game posters. There's also a few misc. old-school Sega and Nintendo posters. But the RPG/Strategy posters are my favorite, since it's from an era when animation design was noticeably changing in gaming advertisement in JP. In all, I probably have around fifteen nicely rolled posters in storage.
Another thing I gotta do is go through my posters etc and figure out which ones I really want to keep. My whole walls used to be covered.
