I'm just curious to know yours. I have SCPH-7501, with the parallel port but everything else removed and the smaller PCB (though not SCPH-900X or PSOne small.) Been a workhorse for 15 years, zero problems. Anyone have the original 1994 S-video Japanese model here? Audio CD visualizations started at SCPH-700X Also read something about the earlier GPU's having slightly lower fill rate and SCPH-900X and beyond having a higher-quality CD-ROM drive. Meanwhile earlier models were capable of very high-quality sound with an expensive on-board DAC (on SCPH-100X at least) and RCA jacks.
