I was wondering if this is a PAL or NTSC-U dev kit. If it is a PAL dev it would it work with a north American tv?
Why not, if you will you use component cable, it bridges some AV OUT pins on Wii to force it to work in NTSC video mode. At least retail ones do that, think its the same.
Moved to Nintendo forum. There are three boxes on the box - JPN, USA and EUR. Look to see which is ticked. And the STOP sticker will have the e-mail address for the regional Nintendo contact, which is a giveaway.
