What RGB Cable should I buy for a Sega Genesis Model 2?

I'm looking at this cable but am wondering if it will work on my American Genesis Model 2 with Framemeister or other adapters: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-SCART-L...ideo_Game_Cables_Adapters&hash=item233bf21e59 Or do I have to ask the seller to modify it for the NTSC standard?

I just want it for a curiosity piece, plus I'd like to find a NTSC RGB to S-Video adapter, though I'm not sure the Amazon ones will work.

RGB and s-video are different formats. It'd involve an encoder.
