What Sega system do these belong to? Arcade? Pinball? Rzone?

I was emailed a list of Sega games. I assumed they were for the Genesis but that doesn't make sense. I searched on the Collector list at digitalpress and many of them don't show up for any system at all. Others appear as Arcades or Rzone games etc. I also searched ebay with very little success. Some of them appearing as Arcades, pinball, sg1000 etc. I was wondering if anyone knows what they are for?
They might not all be for the same system. He just said they were sega games.

I'm starting to believe these may all be pinball and arcade machines. If so does anyone know value? By the sounds of it I can pick them up cheap but just in case. Any of them rare? I have no knowledge at all about pinball or arcades.

www.system16.com has most of these listed as arcade machines. I can't seem to find a few of them. This could turn out to be really cool. Chances are he knows what these are worth if they are all arcade machines.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

So I'd say all are arcade boards/carts or pinball machines.
