It's a promo. Sort of like the mayonaise game for superfamicom. It's supposedly the most expensive, but I wouldn't worry about it as it's shite.
Mayonaise game? I've played the promotional UFO ramen game, but that was later released as something buyable.

Don't mean dick now as they Dynamic (Gamespy's Unix servers) are all whacked out. You can't see anything on JG, or Shmups Forum. It'll probably be up Monday. Check it out then. The game is based on one of the events competitors play on "Tokyo Friend Park 2", a still-running weekly show that's been going on for a very, very long time.
