Well it looks like a Multi-tap, but it's probably something specific for some obscure 8 Player (obviously having 2 of these) Japanese Horse Racing game.

the cool thing is you can use for an amiga and other machines that have these joypad ports

if there is not a chip that prevents it.

    Thank you for replies.

I have tons of Dev stuff and I am posting most of it on eBay.
Right now I have 3DO M2 Dev running.
Some of the things I have that I have not seen anywhere online.
*EDIT - Yakumo* Please post your Ebay links in the Ebay thread.

Your comments are welcome. I am pretty new to all this.

    Re: Thank you for replies.

Can you stop pimping you ebay auctions here and do it in the right thread please...

Most of us were aware of your auction way before you joined us here and lots of the bidders are from here. Theres no need to remind us everytime you post!

This is the sega multitap model1.

    There were 3 multitaps:
    Sega model1 (uses 1 plug)
    4Way Play (uses 2 plugs)
SegaModel2 (compatible with the model1 and 4wayplay, so there are 2 plugs)

    Thats all.

There are also third party multi-taps. My local gamestore has one I'll see if I can snag it if its still there. It costs about $2 if I remember correctly.

Sorry, I did not mean to post here on purpose.
I thought that I can get some feedback on stuff I have and let know that it is available for your collections.
I apologize if I offended anyone.

Nah no problem in getting feedback on what you have. By all means were happy to help. But please only post auction on the auction thread!

    Keep it coming! :smt023

It is missing a red bit of plastic that goes on the switch.

(thanks to skjoldhammer.dk for the pic!)

If you're who I think you are. some of us were aware of your auctions but put off bidding, as we asked you questions but never received replies!

If you haven't done so, post an intro in the appropriate place, please!
