What should I do with some of my older or shitty xbox games like these? I looked over ebay and all of these are either real low or not even selling. I forgot I had some of these. They are still crisp and complete except for the PGR because of blockbuster. I'll give em up for whatever prices...I dont play them or really want them anymore. I'm trying to get my gamecube selection up...

    NHL 2002
    World Series Baseball
    NBA 2k2
    NFL 2k3
    ESPN Football
    Madden 2003
    Madden 2004
    Wreckless: The Yakuza Missions ( :smt042 )
    Total Immersion Racing
    Project Gotham Racing (former rental)
    Medal of Honor: Frontline
    Enter the Matrix
    Kill Switch
    Splinter Cell
    Max Payne
    Unreal Championship
    Halo
007 Agent Under Fire (Platinum Hits)
    Action Replay (barely used)

will ebgames take any of these?

I have a bunch of games like that, that i've been trying to pimp around the net with unfortunatley very few people interested. :smt009 http://www.assemblergames.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=3993

I'm thinking of taking some of my crap games to a pawn shop and seeing what I can get. Many times the pawn shop owners aren't very knowledgable about games and will give decent prices sometimes.

Well... think about it: You're trying to sell the games on eBay, through forums, etc. and aren't happy with the low (or non-existant) offers that arise for them. Yet you, yourself think the games are sh*tty and don't want them at all. Can't expect much from them, then... :smt022

Depending on where you're from (I didn't check your profile), there may be videogame stores that buy these games for CA$H. Yeah, you'll be looking at a low price per game ($1 for things like the 2002 sports games and probably not over $6 each for the others), but that's only because the majority of gamers seem to share your opinion on the collection you're offering up: they're cr@p.

Or, try throwing them all together on eBay as one solid auction, offering a "BUY IT NOW" option of, maybe, around US$30 or US$40 (I'm guessing; I have no idea how much you want to get for all of them) and set the auction's reserve price to the same amount. This way, if the ending bid is only US$25 and you wanted US$30, you don't have to sell the games to anyone.

Not sure what else to suggest. The buy back value of those games isn't much because the supply of them is HIGH and demand very LOW. No one's going to give you a price you consider "super fair" because they can parade down to the game store and buy the games fairly cheap.

...best of luck, in any case.

    Exploitable

Splinter Cell and 007:AUF may be of interest to anyone who does Xbox mods. Both suffer from the buffer overflow bug that allows for software exploits.

Print glossy labels of good games and put them over the titles, then bring them to EB :-D

  7. ...If they are as shit as you say why not cut out the middle man and just bin 'em?

Do you have a Gamerush Blockbuster around? They'd take them.

If not, I'll start my offer at $30 shipped.

Hey, Vodka, put them all in one lot on eBay. I swear, when eBayers se "15 PS2 games" or "17 Xbox Games" they go nuts, even if 2/3 of them are sports games. You stand to get around $100 if you do that. :smt023

Edit: Avoid EBgames. They'll give you .25-$1 for most of those titles.

    Re: Exploitable

yeah that's the only reason I own AUF...but it is the platinum hits version. Many people I saw think it became a platinum hit so that MS could repress the disk or whatever, because the softmod exploit doesnt work with that version.

    I'll check out ebay.

I would say take it to a hospital in the uk. If they havent got an xbox yet in the childrens ward they should have one sometime and can keep the games for whn they get one.

Donate them or take them to gamestop/EB and get like a $1 each or 50cents for some games. You'll have enough to buy a new game lol.

My point exactly. Even tho they're shit, you can get a lot for them when they're bundled together. Alone, people won't touch 'em with a ten foot pole! :smt042
