I can't seem to find any relevant information that would tell me how to read this capacitors value. EDIT: Never mind i feel like an idiot, guess i didn't look hard enough. http://www.nec-tokin.com/english/guide/cap/pdf/psl_e.pdf
You'd have to consult the repair document, match the code. Sometimes I hate mfgr when they do this to increase repair profit. Desolder it's companion, measure. I would say that is easiest.
Looks like it's a NeoCapacitor 220uF 6.3v if this PDF is accurate: http://www.datasheetarchive.com/ind...-SL3&keywords=ne+jj8&database=user-highscore#
Thats what i found too, too bad they stopped making them in 2003. I looks like a part of a power section so i'm just going to get some generic ones of the same value and replace both. thanks!
