What Windows OS to install (specs given)

Don't get me started on security and how idiotic all of the staff involved with security were.

 

Yeah they just don't care. There literally there to pick up a paycheck and occasionally be pulled out to plug a wire in on the projectors school use and that is literally it. There lack of interest scares me as I could go to school and using there wifi cause as much trouble as i wanted on the internet without consequences.
