Read the rules of the price check, is it correct that it is meant for specific specimen in one's possession? I don't own one (yet), but I've seen it in a store, and I'd like to know if it is worth getting for the price.
Just looked here: http://nfggames.com/games/vistar/ That's one snazzy system! Did any Korean games come with it?
There are no known Korean exclusives, sadly. Seems the console was about as insignificant on the market as in the US (it also got only the US games, because it used that region code).
Every country should have its personal own game, with a charakter named after some favorite local food.
I didn't mean exclusive games, I meant the HuCard branded up to be with the system. As that website says:
Ah, got it. If what the site says is true and Keith Courage was originally packaged, it should be included. At least that's what I hope. I will most likely receive the thing tomorrow, then I can have a closer look at things. I wasn't initially intending an instant resell, but I'm seeing offers that make me feel like a complete fool for thinking $150 could be much. In case I should decide to sell it (which probably will also depend on the condition I'm finding it in tomorrow) I guess the most fair way would be to keep all negotiation private and just take the best offer?
Wow, this is better than I thought. I was half fearing a run-down system after learning that it was sold below value, but from the state of things, the unit appears to be new. As in, never ever used. Now my collector half is again considering keeping it, but there's a danger that my gamer half eventually ends up using it... gonna give it a nights sleep. Here are a few images: The box shows some wear, but that was to be excpected with a 17-year old console. Inside As the plastic bags aren't sealed ones, I could take a direct image of the system. Keith Courage
That's pretty. The big question: Are you going to play it, ever? If I couldn't bring myself to take it out and use it, if not just once or twice a year, I wouldn't be able to keep it. Would seem like a waste just sitting inside a box. Then again, knowing me, I'd keep it out on display and show it to friends (who mostly wouldn't care) but maybe blow peoples minds with it at a video game show, sometime. Also, now that you've mentioned that you're in Korea, we all want you to send us each a Zemmix, please.
