What's the name of the PS1 game

I have a PS1 disc that has a red background and has a Green head with a Ninja moves on the disc and it was made 1997 and has the Kids to Adults rating. What is the game's name.

Better yet, pop it in a PC and look for a file called sth like "SLUS123.45". That name is the uniquely assigned game ID, which you can look up yourself, or post here for someone to help you out.

 

Don't PlayStation game discs have that ID printed on the discs themselves?

 

Usually yes, but am not 100% positive they all do. (I'd also kinda have expected them to have the game's name on there...) Either way, the file system doesn't lie.

 

I think its a trivia question rather than an actual hunt for an answer. lol
