The title basically says it. Just curious what your guys' favorite grease is for lubing up small gears in electronics.
Don't know if it sells worldwide or not and it's price around you but here it costs about 1$ and it's the best choice for gears, I can swear. Panasonic white silicon grease. Don't know if it's Panasonic indeed or not. I use it with all kind of CD/DVD/BD-drives and it did it's job well like nothing else. I will never get back to oil-like types. They are like nightmare. Good luck with getting this one.
It might be difficult to find in Canada, I'm gonna try though. I do have a few distributors I can try when I get back to work next week.
You should be able to get other white silicone or lithium greases that'll do the trick, I picked up a tube from Lowe's or something and that's what I've been using for awhile. This Panasonic stuff might have some additional magic though.
How about Pansonica? https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Multi-purpo...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649 I love how they try to use other brands for recognition, lol. I almost didn't even notice
