I'm thinking of building a JAMMA cabinet with a couple of consoles - probably Dreamcast and PS2. As I've never really looked into doing this before, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a good online guide or forums. Ideally I'm looking to build something like this, but hopefully at a fraction of the cost: http://www.leshoparcade.com/fiche_p...ccessoires-Adaptateurs_BOX DREAMCAST TO JAMMA Thanks
hm, you could get one of these http://www.jammaboards.com/store/vga-to-cga-rgb-tv-video-converter-cv-02-cv-02.html a scart cable and hack a couple DC controllers to jamma Would be much cheaper than 199 anyway XD
What is the use of this in a JAMMA cabinet? (Sorry if I'm just being silly). Isn't the purpose of it to convert to VGA, which the Dreamcast is already capable of outputing anyway?
Ah, sorry, I posted the wrong one XD Edited the post You might not even need that, probably wiring the scart rgb to the jamma on the arcade monitor should work if you have a tri-sync monitor on your cab
