Yup, ebay seems to be good enough. You don't have to buy in bulk and some of them offer free shipping.
+1 for china - they also sell on ebay. unless you spend some major bucks for "locally-made, organic" (well not literally, but you get what I mean ) battery covers, the items you buy whereever will most likely have come from the same factory, so might as well go with the cheapest offer.
