Where to Find a Higher Res (or Poster) of This Image

Does anyone know where I could find a higher resolution scan of this image (or a poster if one exists) of Patricia Velasquez (I've searched around on Google with no luck)?

Alright, here's what I've done. I'm using the Alien Skin Software - BlowUp Photoshop Plugin.

I plan on taking the higher quality version in digital form to a shop that can print it out as a large professional poster.

Here are the results (Original Resolution: 410x600):

BlowUp Plugin - Sharpen Amount: 0% & Grain: 100%:

BlowUp Plugin - Sharpen Amount: 50% & Grain: 100%:

I've also added a poll to the thread to see which people prefer. I'm going towards the 50% sharpen amout, because anything more makes it appear "fake."
