where to find mug shots?

Kind of a strange question, but does anyone happen to know where I could find a mug shot for a William Richardson(or bill or billy) of reno county(kansas)? If it helps he is of average hight, pretty skinny, one very lazy eye, and is white.(previously said he was black, but I had him confused with someone else.)

I ask this because this son of a bitch is a child molester, and is most likely going to walk away from court without any punishment. If we're lucky he may actually have to do a good amount of time in prison, but as of now it looks like he'll get away with it.

I don't know if it is a good idea to say what I plan on doing with the picture in public, but if anyone can direct me where to look I will certainly tell that person via pm.

 

Google up your county or sheriff's officej. They ought to have a website and within there links to public records like mugshots, etc. Especially if the person is a sex offender. I know down here in FL, they do that and find out where that person currently lives so as to be careful. It's all public record.

 

The problem is he has never been convicted of a sex crime, although he has been convicted of about every other type of crime.

Though I just found a site that lists everyone who has served time in the local prison, so hopefully there should be a picture of him on the list. I've never actually seen the guy, so I'll have to wait until a family member comes over to look at the pics to see if he's in the list.(hopefully he's not one of the few people listed without a picture.)

edit: I believe this is him, though like I said I'll have to have someone verify this later. Hopefully I won't have to do what I'm planning, but if the state fails in its duties I will have little choice. Let me say that I'm not planning anything violent and hopefully I'll never even have to be in the same room as him.

edit2: Actually this might not be him, I believe there is a warrent for his arrest a couple counties away, don't know if this would be listed on the site or not.
