Where's the Off Topic section?

I feel your frustration. Still, now it's just gotten more complicated w/out the slight benefit it had for some people after the first change. Now everything's like before, just with more sub-forums, which is annoying.

 

Reading this now. I see they Off-Topic and Tributes got moved down instead...
