PSTwo. All of my other consoles are on the shelf, just waiting to be played with whenever I find the time.

that depends on what is defined as "ready to be played."
as I have the following ready to be played, if I connect the powercable and the cable to the tv:
    C64 (PAL /w swedish letters ^^)
    NES (PAL)
    SNES (PAL/NTSC)
    PSX (PAL)
    XBOX (PAL)
    DC (PAL/NTSC)
    GBA (PAL)
    DS (PAL)

and if that doesn't count then only:
    XBOX (PAL)
    GBA (PAL)
    DS (PAL)

I'm basically defining out as not hidden away in the back of a cupboard or boxed up somewhere - that to me is ready to play

    Oh, well in that case....

    6 x Modded xboxes
    13 x Retail xboxes
    3 x debug xboxes
    2 x dev xboxes
    1 x Prototype xbox
    6 x TEST PS2
    3 x Retail PS2
    2 x Debug PS1
    1 x Retail PSOne
    2 x NES
    2 x Virtual Boy
    1 x SNES
    1 x SFC
    3 x N64
    1 x Ngage
    1 x Game.com
    2 x Dreamcast
    1 x Atari 2600
    4 x Gameboy
    1 x Nomad
    1 x Gamegear

Saddly i'm probably forgetting a few things. The only systems that aren't "read to play" are a few sealed xboxes and my gamecube.

I was just counting things i have hooked to a tv the first time.

Well not necessarily hooked to a TV, but pretty close and with the cables nearby.

  11. I've got my all region Dreamcast out right now and I've been playing alot of other region games as of late. I'm sort of reexperiencing the system all over again because i'm finding new games that ive never played before because they're from other regions. Just got Headhunter shipped from the UK.

PS2 - Only system I really play much anymore
PSP - Used constantly for music on bus trips
DS - Out, but starting to collect dust again (Mario Kart was fun for a while, but I detest the new Animal Crossing)
Gamecube - Wanted to check out Metroid Prime in progressive scan a few days ago, no other reason for it being out.

I have my Saturn, Dreamcast, and XBox lying arround as well, but I havn't played them in ages. The rest of my systems are a few thousand miles away in storage.

PSTwo, Dreamcast, N64, Super NES (two more, stored), PSX, Virtual Boy

Stored (but in the same room - other than the two Snes's) - Atari 2600, Atari 7800, Intellivision, Intellivision 2, PS2 (dead), PC-Engine Core GrafX.

My PC is also almost always on. It has MAME, Nestopia, NeoRageX and Kega. Does that count?

    I currently own:

    Panasonic 3D0 FZ-1
    Japanese Dreamcast
    US Dreamcast (chinese manufactured)
US Sega saturn w/netlink and keyboard
    Sega Nomad
    Sega genesis 3
    Pikachu edition N64
    Sony PS1
    atari 2600
    regular US N64
    US gamecube
    GBA
    gameboy color
    Nintendo DS
    US SNES

Things I sold on ebay because I hardly ever used them:

    JVC x'eye
US NES (I am sure everboy is familiar with the "other" ways to play nes games)
    Sega CDX
    Sega master system
    Atari 5200
    Colecovision
Barcode battler (yes, it was a stand alone system and it linked with the famicom and super famicom)
    Texas Instruments TI-99/4A (plain sucked)
    Tandy 1000 (also sucked)
    odyssey
US Turbografx 16 and CD unit
Mini SNES (couldn't pass up the $100 USD ebay price at the time)
White PSONE with battery pack and lcd
    b&w gameboy pocket

Things that got lost while moving over the years:

    sega gamegear
barcode battler (yes I have had two in my lifetime, this one came the japanese cards)
vectrex (yes quite a big loss in deed, it was a gift from an uncle when I was a kid and my mom misplaced it during a move when I was 10 years old)

Connected to the tv right now, ready to play by just pluging in the right AC adapter:

    1.- Genesis 2 with SegaCD 2
    2.- Dreamcast
    3.- Snes
    4.- Playstation
    5.- Gamecube
6.- barely working NES that I fixed some months ago
    7.- Atari Jaguar

And under them, batteries/ac adapters ready: Lynx and GameGear

Also, NeoGeo Pocket Color (always with me on work breaks, until I get a DS)

Pretty much the only thing on the closet is a Genesis 1 with Power Base Converter, a Emmerson Arcadia 2001 and an original GameBoy.
