Which NTSC games cannot be patched to run at 60hz on a PAL Dreamcast?

    Best thing about it is the fact that video system and game region are two different things, which means you can set up a Dreamcast to be PAL for the game discs it takes (will cause it to show a blue swirl when powered on) and output NTSC video (which will cause games to aways run on 60hz). :thumbsup:

    Region modding through flashing is easier but honestly I own a PAL console which was region changed to NTSC U/C by TEC-TOY then sold here. I added a region free bios with katana boot animation, changed the game region to PAL (to get the blue swirl) and video to NTSC (was PAL-M, which is a 60hz/customized variation of PAL) and then I had a console where the casing matched the boot screen... lol :thumbsup:

    Thanks a lot.

    I think I've found myself a JP Dreamcast locally for just 15 Euro - it needs a PSU fix/replacement (as discussed on another thread) :dance:
