I know its simple with a multimeter or the colour code, but all the Resistors are gone. I cant check with the multimeter. I was thinking the brown is the first ring? Than the last one musst be silver, but looks like white for me...
    So it can be

    brown - black - yellow - silver = 100k Ohms 10%
    brown - black - yellow - grey = 100k Ohms 0.05%

    Or is it:

    white - yellow - black - brown = 94 Ohms 1%

    What would you say?

That looks like 100k ± 10% to me. The first band is on the wider part normally, I've never seen white band for tolerance, but that might be the case here.

If it's very sensitive equipment, you could use 0.05% resistors as they will certainly work in place of 10% ones without any issue.
Or ask someone with access to the same equipment to measure it for you with a ohmmeter.
