    Hi,

    Trying to find a clip of a Simpsons episode that I remember. It was Mr Burns laughing loads, and it spanned over several shots to show that he was laughing for a long time.

    I don't think my mind made this up- any ideas?

    No, Lisa, the only monster here is the gambling monster that has enslaved your mother. I call him Gamblor!

    I think seasons 7 and 8 were their peak. It all kinda went downhill from there. They were still good through about season 10, and then they took a sharp dive into craptown. I haven't watched the new episodes in like 10 years. I watch the old episodes all the time.

    One of my favorite things to do is order pizza and watch an old Simpsons episode whilst gorging myself on pizza. Chinese food works too, but my favorite Chinese restaurant closed recently, so that's no longer an option. ;_;

    For me, seasons 4 and 5 are the absolute best. Not a single bad episode. But you're right about the show being great up until season 10, although seasons 9 and 10 already have some pretty bad episodes.

    I recently bought the first 6 seasons on dvd and I'm slowly making my way through them. It's crazy how many of them I've actually seen. I guess I did watch it a lot as a kid. It always came on around 5pm after the afternoon cartoons. And it was usually back to back episodes.

    Does anybody remember the Simpson's arcade game by Konami? They had one of those at the rollerskating rink in my hometown, and me and my friends would play 4-player and try to beat the whole game. I think we actually beat it at least twice. Simpsons and arcade games... an era long gone.

    On a similar note, remember when the Simpsons was actually marketed more towards kids, with action figures and video games and stuff? Shit was weird.

    They still make Simpsons figures SHIT tons Now that we're all adults they market to us oblivious that those of us who watched the Simpsons from day one think it sucks now and just keep watching to see it through to it's inevitable end
