rare are those who have games like that. less than 10 unreleashed games where found between the comercial 8 bit era (sms , nes ) and the 128 bit one..... ( i can be wrong. and if you dont count ntsc us or pal games already in stores in japan that where supose to be releashed in other forms than ntsc jap , like ff2 or earth bound 0)
Oh that... Heh well if my developer friends confirm a few things, I might know if someone else out there holds a copy that used to work with Angel Studios.
A copy of what? I'm not sure what ASSEMbler is referring to, but I know you're referring to BH0, and I can nearly promise you that nobody from Angel will have been able to get their hands on it. Contrary to what I had earlier said/thought, BH0 was strictly in-house at Capcom, with Angel having no part in it except maybe licensing the compression code and such. Anyways, I have Starfox 2 for the SNES; Propeller Arena, Half Life, and PBA Bowling for the Dreamcast; Ninpomaru on Saturn; and Thrill Kill on PSX. Unless you mean the original hardware as well? :smt043 GaijinPunch and I were eyeballing a N64 flash cart containing Echo Delta that was up on Yahoo Japan a while back, but as it closed at about $660, it was far beyond the reach of either of our pocketbooks.
I could shell out $600+ for an unreleased game... just not that one. I have a beta copy of Chelnov for the Saturn. You can see a vide of it in Action at Japanese Gaming
I don't really have any overly rare or unreleased GAMES. But.... I do have 2 prototype XBOX controllers that I bought off some liquidation site (www.firebuy.com) 2 years ago. They're the standard DUKE (large model) shape. The body casing is completely smooth and shiney, the thumbsticks have a slightly different surface, the memory card port connectors are different, the center jewel area is in place with no plastic dome or logo, the breakaway cable connector won't work with the final versions, and there's a little door on the back of the casing (secured by one screw) that allows access to the controller's firmware chip (I think). They look rather odd and are marked with a sticker on the back as being "Rev C" or something of that nature.
I'll post some pics later tonight. Would I sell one? Depends. I'm really interested in learning more about them. Does anyone have any really early XBOX controllers or can someone tell me more about the ones I have?
Well... I've got a few awesome finds. You'll see them in about five years or so and you can be damn sure people will be freaking out over them.
Actually, here are the pics of the controllers that I bought from the firebuy site (which are remarkably are still up). I'll post some additional pics tomorrow with the backside of the casing. Until then, enjoy!
i may be betting project berkly for saturn, if the guy would just answer his mails and tell me a price! if i ever do get my hands on it, ill be sure to post images and that here... )
lol, like id sell that! It's on Saturn branded CD-R and everything... wonder how ill play it... I just know ill be kicking myself that I didnt buy LeGIt's sophia box if it arives!
Re: Well... Posts like this are not welcome at ASSEMbler. It's just so childish. "I've got something that you don't have :smt019 " is what is sounds like. Yakumo
Re: Well... Agreed, its a case of put up or shut up. This sort of thing has been heard so many times, and the person vanishes without a trace when nobody goes "ooh, please share with us, you are so cool!"
