Thing is. I heard about this during a talk radio show and this show tends to make stuff up. They were throwing this contest to see if any lady would lay down naked in this parking lot in the middle of the night to catch this guy and if they did they'd give her free tickets to the Alice in Chains concert. I didnt believe them then, then I was looking on entensity and saw the link to this and i still kinda find it hard to believe. Maybe it was their retard cousin, I don't know or wftv believed the radio station. i don't know. Florida has its moments.
