Why was the Original Xbox so easy to crack

    Actually no. Microsoft lost a ton of money with the Xbox, and I'm pretty sure they're still losing money with the 360.

    Nice diversion, I guess?

    You think so,eh? Lol, what you been smoking? Don't kid your s Taemos they made a ton of money! Its Sony thats losing money just look at the amount of workers Sony layed off, and that saids it all. I thought they might TANK! I was alittle surprised when they didn't, but the music industry and some of there other investment propely saved them. :thumbsup:

    Problem is that you sell a system for less than it costs to produce, thus making you depend on software licenses/sales.

    And even if you end up selling a shitload of systems (Hi there, PSP and Xbox. Or actually, is the PSP in such a bad shape at the moment, it's climbing out of the ditch now, isn't it?), if you don't have sufficient software sales to go with it you can just say farewell to profit.
