Hi, does anybody here know how or where on the Wii Motherboard you can solder LED'S to? I want to add some LED lights to my Wii Console but don't know where to solder them to. Please reply if anybody knows Thanks Viper PM me or reply in this thread! :smile-new:
I haven't worked on or opened a Wii, but just find any 5vDC source and use resistors as needed. A good place to start would be from the leads going to the amber/red/green power LED.
on the bottom of the motherboard there is a 5v point source. I usually use that for my LEDS. I dont use resistors. hope this helps.
