I am new here. This is my first post. My friend gave me Wii with this symptoms:

Red light is on, when I press power button it turns off and nothing happens. Somebody had changed fuse 6,3 A. I also noticed
that big smd resistor at bottom layer 39R0 - 1W is broken and have replaced it. It is some kind off fuse too. I have 3,26V on
output of voltage regulator U19. When I pressed power button output voltage drop down to 0V. On another voltage regulator U4
(1,8 V ) I have no input voltage. I also have no 5V voltage. Maybe somebody have part of schematic of power supply on wii motherboard,
    or had similar problems.

Check if the SD card slot is shorted out (pins damaged or a foreign object such as a coin has it shorted out. :)
