Is there many imported games that are worth playing? Also, great news. I want my WiiU to be region free.
So this will soon lead to an ISO loader of some sort right? I can see this really hurting Nintendo so, so badly. If this drives people to buy just the hardware and no games, financially in the short-term it's worse for Nintendo than them ignoring the system altogether. And like publishers needed another reason to release on the other two. R.I.P. Wii-U. You probably deserved it.

Difficult to tell really. The whole "scene" around it is just a pissing match. Wait and see is the best option..
GBA, PSP and DS were cracked very soon, Wii, too, also x360 and PS3. And yet all these systems were/are succsessful.
3DS is hacked too, just nothing public. Everything is too easily patched at the moment (in terms of CFW) and Flashcarts are already around, just for certain FWs.
