Not posting any links, you can Google it yourself. But yeah, SDK 1.7 (from 2013) appeared to have already leaked.
Sadly it seems to be restricted to topsites so far, nobody has leaked it outside yet to my knowledge. Fantastic leak though, for sure.
Yeah I have seen a torrent but is only ~350mb and doesn't look legit. Direct links lead to 46kb files which unzip into 19gb full of zeros but has all the file names as placeholders. Gonna keep looking.
Yeah, there's no compiler included. Lots of documentation, libraries and supplementary tools though. Maybe the SDK is split into different packages, this being only one of them? Or it's supposed to be a kind of upgrade to the Wii SDK? Anyways, the lack of compiler might not be a problem - one might be able to just use a generic PPC-targeted gcc instead (try e.g. devkitPPC).
The compiler is definitely included: see /cafe_sdk/env/ghs/multi534_nintendo for the installer. Keep in mind this is also a prerelease/beta SDK.
You're right, there it is. Hadn't actually installed anything yet (not running Windows right now), just looked at a bunch of random files. So what else seems to be missing then?
I'm not sure; I thought it may be incomplete but the size seems to match the entry on http://wii.ds-scene.net/?s=viewtopic&nid=9821. It may be complete after all, but that begs the question where the filenames in the earlier zipbomb came from.
That zip"bomb" might just be a preview for what's to come, I guess? Filenames probably are simply those of newer, as of yet nonpublic packages. No idea why that format was chosen, but there you go...
I apologize for the bump, but does anyone still have this and could redistribute it? I'm very interested in beta/prerelease SDKs particularly of Nintendo products and I would love to see this.
