    I can supply the default.xex.
    I just need you to edit two functions. (Slowmo and Teleport)
    And add some data in to the in game coalesced.ini file inside the default.xex (I have the code ready it should be just copy and paste)
    Willing to spend $15-20 depending on contents.

    yeah i guess so. But at least i can offer other private DLC mods they may be interested tho.
