Willy Wonka, WTF happened !?!

The first one was a classic, the second one made me wonder why they decided to assemble talent and spend money. I just couldn't get past Depp's accent/lisp. You can almost see the effort on Depp's face to make it stand out and it got annoying from the first time I saw him.

I love Burton's visuals, but the plots in his live action films just seem like something that ties the scenery together. We all can probably remember the kids and their personalities from the first one but I can't remember anything about the kids from the second one.

YOU LOSE! YOU GET....NOTHING! GOOD DAY, SIR! (still love Wilder)...

I can`t recollect reading the book as a kid but yes the new film was strange as much as I love J Depp
