I got 2 wonderswan consoles. Both are the first model. The screens have the polarized film damaged. I removed the polarized film and replaced it with a new one. But I can't get them to look like the original one. On an unmodified screen the image is almost black and white simmilar to gameboy pocket. And when the console is off the screen is somewhat white with a small yellow/greenish tint. And i can't get that with the new film, no matter the orientation of the film. The best results so far are when the screen looks dark green. It looks like a dmg-001. Are there multiple types of polarized film? What can I do to make it look retail?
To answer my own question: it needs a circular polarized film. Now, can someone please help me find it on aliexpress? I've searched but without results.
