I just started a new job and finally got paid after 2 months (dont ask) so i decided to treat myself. I went into town and into one of those grotty cash-converter shops and piked up this lot: Boxed Gamecube (Mariokart Double Dash Platinum Pak) Resident Evil Resident Evil 2 Resident Evil 3 Terminator 3 Redemption and last but not least a Mega-CD game called Road Avenger all for under £60 I dont know much about gamecube collecting so i dont know if this is normal or not but when i came home and looked online the platinum pak gamecube alone was £99 is this normal for gamecube stuff or did i just get lucky? thanks
Cube stuff is often sold off quite cheaply, It's the sad, harsh reality of being in 3rd place over here But thats still a good deal, however RE2 and 3 are a bit shite as they don't have updated graphics like RE1 does. Nonetheless, they're still good games, if a bit lacking graphically
Yeah, I thought it was too good to be true. I dont normally collect new consoles im more of an atari 2600 person so i know arse about them, heh. thanks again
i remember buying a european game magazine..why do they have to be so expensive here....ill never know.... and the news story was about a major store down there clearing out cubes, cuz they were doin soo badly...is it still that way now?
