    Hi all,

I've just remembered that these exist and my want meter just went off the scale. If you have one, PM me or post here, I'm interested!

If it still has the original case, then thats a bonus :)

Probably should have mentioned that its an XDK but yeah they only were ever XDK models so it cant be mixed up.

I guess it was one phase of prototyping the new board and for whatever reason they made the board blue. No other board revision has been found with anything like this. Only rumored to be 26 boards in existance (unknown how many are now left). My mate used to have one years back but would never sell it. It just gets me hot thinking about having one because you know, I'm sad.

This has got to be the only Zephyr ever made that anyone would ever want LOL, sorry im no help in finding this gem, but had to comment as I find it very interesting.
The Zephyr is the only 360 mobo that I ever truly hated, and would rather smash with a hammer than touch, so the fact that they took the time to make these boggles the mind a little.

Probably does not hold true to all blue boards but in my experience scrapping electronics the blue boards that came out of cable boxes and a few desktop PC's from this era were nearly indestructible compared to the standard green boards, they are extremely rigid and you have to put at least 5x the effort to snap one in half by hand. If M$ had made the zephyr and later models out of these boards they would have likely eliminated many issues much faster, however I'm sure it came down to the pennies per unit they saved not using them.

It's blue, and that makes it different.

    That's it :p

Jesus...blast from the past. I remember this board. I found one of my own in a prototype zephyr stress kit. That's the one and only Ive seen first hand. Start looking there.
