    PM Bids shouldn't be allowed either. Sell could easily fake bids to up the price.

    And then the nonexistent buyer wouldn't pay. I have this listed on another site and people can AIM me offers as well.

    and on that note, any bids should be at least 10 USD above the previous bid.

    Keen on the item, but unsure how on the transparency of bids.

    Bidding is allowed with a set end date. Rules are at the top of the section. Shipping looks to be about $61 through USPS when paid online.

    I have it listed on 2 sites and I've been a member on both since 2008/2009 with nothing but positive feedback, so it's up to you to trust the bids (although this is a $400+ kit)
