probably meaning next wednesday. They tend to not really talk about games or show off screens/videos till its comming with in the next 1-2 weeks.
Street Fighter 2 would disagree ;-) I think they started showing that something like 6 months before it hit the Live Arcade But I agree, does sound closer than that. Would make a good first one for 2007...and entirely possible since we know SOMETHING will hit on Wednesday and iv'e not seen talk of any other games...
From Team17 forums: "There's a lot of talk right now about Worms for 360 Live Arcade and I'm pleased to say that you shouldn't have to wait very much longer for (a) an official announcement and (b) the game itself, which is in the last few days of testing (and is also on Partnernet for wider testing) News of it's arrival date, full feature list and cost will be announced in the early part of 2007 and given the speculation, hopes and wishes of most of the comments we've seen, most players should be really happy."
Definitely a good choice for XBLA. 800 Microsoft Points well spent IMO if/when it sees release sometime soon.
