Would this be considered as violating the DC SDK R9 license?

  2. Lol, of course it violates, unless of course your have SEGA's written permission to use their Copyrighted property?

    Ah, what the heck, the Dreamcast is dead... I know the licenses aren't, but who cares...

    Heh. Everything's legal as long as you don't get caught, they say.

    Seriously, though, I don't think it'll be very wrong to code for Dreamcast now that it's no longer supported.

    Yeah, actually. It's all but dead, though. - but yeah, you are right.

    I should have said "almost" no longer supported, or something similar.... right?
